As a preventative measure against COVID-19,Sakura Hotel has implemented the following measures to ensure the safety of our guests.

(1) Regarding preventive measures for the staff
Staff follow standard preventative measures against COVID-19, including washing hands, disinfecting, and wearing a mask during work.
(2) Common areas (Reception, lobby, etc.)
Hand sanitizer stations are installed at the hotel entrance, front desk, etc.
There are clear barriers for infection prevention installed on the front desk.
Contact points that many people touch (front desk, door knob, light switches, phone, touch panels, elevator buttons, vending machines, etc.) are frequently disinfected.
(3) Sanitation and cleaning in the guest rooms
Air is thoroughly ventilated during room cleaning.
The room is disinfected with a focus on high-contact points (e.g. light switches, door knobs, TV remotes, air conditioning panels etc.).
(4) Regarding preventive measures for Sakura Cafe
At the entrance to the restaurant and cafe and near the register, there are hand sanitizers installed. Please disinfect your hands before entering the facility.
There are clear barriers installed at the register to prevent the spread of infection.
High-contact points such as the register and buffet table are disinfected regularly.
At breakfast, the food and serving utensils are exchanged very frequently.

If symptoms of cough or fever are confirmed, we will follow the instructions of the medical institution or health center and may as you to wait in your room or refrain from going outside.
