Latest Cherry Blossom news for 2025!

Hello, spring is just around the corner!
If you are planning to visit Japan during the cherry blossom season, please take the latest Sakura information 2025 and the tips for must-go spots for watching Sakura blooming presented by Sakura Hotel staff.

Temperatures from last October to this February are expected to be around average or slightly higher than normal, so the blossoms are expected to bloom around average.

① Shinjuku Gyoen

This cherry blossom paradise is located in the heart of Shinjuku, about a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. With 900 cherry trees of 70 varieties planted on a 58.3-hectare site, it may get crowded on weekends! The cherry blossoms in the Japanese garden are a must-see!

② Roppongi Area

③ Sumida River

④ Rikugien Garden

This historic Japanese garden is famous for its weeping cherry tree, which is approximately 15m tall and 20m wide. You can also enjoy the breath-taking night illuminations during the limited cherry blossom season.

⑤ Chidorigafuchi
